Align publishes its prices, which most companies in this trade do not. Those figures are real and they are the prices Align charges for the work as described.
They are not a binding quote for your specific door. A price list cannot know that a door is a non-standard size, that the header is damaged, or that a previous repair used the wrong parts. Where something like that applies, Align tells you before doing the work, not afterwards on the invoice.
The quote you are given for your job is the binding number. Where a published price and a quote disagree, the quote is the one that governs.
Submitting the form asks Align to contact you. It does not create a booking, and no appointment exists until Align confirms one with you directly.
If your door is stuck, blocking a vehicle, hanging unevenly, or off its track, call rather than using the form. A garage door under spring tension is genuinely dangerous, and a form sitting in an inbox is the wrong tool for that situation.
Please give accurate details. A wrong address or phone number mostly wastes your own time.
The articles and FAQs here describe how garage doors typically behave, particularly in the Arizona climate. They are written to help you understand what is happening, and to help you judge whether the advice you are being given is reasonable.
They are not instructions for repairing your own door. Torsion springs store enough energy to cause serious injury, and adjusting or releasing one without the correct tools and training is the single most dangerous thing a homeowner can attempt on a garage door. If a guide here describes a repair, it is describing what a technician does, not suggesting you do it.
