That starts with our pricing, which is published right here on the site. You'll know what a spring, a roller, or an opener costs before you ever call us, and the price doesn't change once we're in your driveway. A service call is $25 and includes a full lube and tune, so you're not paying a separate fee just to find out what's wrong.
Ryun spent years as a garage door technician before starting Align, and he saw how often homeowners were sold work they didn't need. We do things differently. If your springs still have life in them, we'll tell you and leave them alone. If a $125 set of rollers fixes the noise, that's what we'll recommend. We'd rather do the job right and earn your call again in five years.

Our prices are on the website for anyone to read. Springs, rollers, sensors, openers, installation — all of it, in writing, before you ever pick up the phone. You should not have to schedule a visit just to find out what something costs.

The quote you get is the price you pay. If we find something unexpected once the door is open, we stop and tell you what it means before any extra work happens. Nothing gets added to an invoice after the fact.

Too many service companies have turned into sales companies, and they pay their technicians to sell instead of repair. That is backwards. If your springs have life left in them, we will say so. If a $125 roller fixes your problem, we are not going to talk you into a new door.

We install the same grade of hardware and the same LiftMaster and Chamberlain openers the large outfits do. The difference is the price, not the parts. You are not paying for a call center, a sales commission, or a fleet of trucks.

Quotes are free and we stay true to them. If you want to think about it, get another opinion, or wait until next month, that is a completely reasonable thing to do and we will not pressure you about it.
